本研究では前立腺がん細胞の選択的な検出を指向し、前立腺がん細胞に選択的に取り込まれ蓄積することで非蛍光性から蛍光性へとスイッチングするOFF/ON型蛍光プローブの開発を目指した。凝集することで発光が誘起される凝集誘起発光特性を示す蛍光色素部位と、前立腺がん細胞表層の受容体と選択的に結合するリガンド部位を有する蛍光プローブを設計・合成し、物性評価ならびに細胞イメージングを試みたので報告する。
