イヌ尿路上皮がんは現在の治療法による完全奏功が困難な疾患であり、イヌUCの解析への需要が高まっている。低侵襲に得られる血中循環腫瘍細胞 (Circulating tumor cell: CTC)が病態解析へ期待されているが、イヌにおけるCTC研究は殆ど報告がない。本研究では、ヒト末梢血からのCTC回収に向けて開発しているMicrocavity array (MCA)法を応用して、イヌ末梢血におけるMCA法の有効性の評価およびイヌ尿路上皮がん由来CTC検出への有用性を検討した。
