MicroRNA (miRNA) is a kind of single-strand RNA with a short length of 18-22 bases which relates to the death and differentiation of cells. Here, I am trying to challenge the sensitive fluorescence imaging of miRNA based on the combination of ECHO probe and HCR technology.
