VSリボザイムの触媒回転機構の解析とスペルミンによるターンオーバー能力向上の分子基盤の解明を目的として、速度論的解析を行った。また、金属イオンのVSリボザイム活性発現に対する効果を調査するために、Mg²⁺を他の二価金属イオンに置換した条件において触媒活性を解析・比較した。
