細胞表面のタンパク質やそのリン酸化の分析に酵素増感が広く用いられる。しかし、従来の増感酵素は細胞や組織などのサンプル中にはバックグラウンドの要因となる酵素が存在する。そこで、ヒト細胞のサンプル中に活性のない酵素をバイオ分析用に開拓し、これに応答する蛍光基質を作成した。これらを用いて薬剤スクリーニングに有効なIn cell ELISAでのマルチカラー検出への応用を試みた。
