３つのN-メチルベンゾチアゾリウムカチオンを持つ３脚型キノンシアニン色素は、異なる蛍光色でdsDNAとG4 DNAとを染色・イメージングできるユニークな蛍光プローブである。本研究では、N-エチルやN-ベンジルなどのベンゾチアゾリウムカチオン誘導体を含む新たな３脚型キノンシアニン色素を合成した。これらの蛍光色素のdsDNAとG4 DNAに対する蛍光応答を評価した結果について報告する。
