[P33] Construction and structural analysis of a three-unit cyclic heme protein with circular permutation and linker insertion

超好熱菌由来シトクロムc₅₅₅のドメインスワップ二量体構造を基に循環置換とαヘリックスリンカー挿入を施し設計したタンパク質CPCは選択的に環状三量体を形成する。本研究では、三角形形状となるタンパク質構造体をより簡便かつ安定的に得るためにCPCを3分子連結したタンパク質CPC₃を構築した。CPC₃はエタノール処理によりCPC環状三量体と類似の環状構造体を形成した。
