本研究では、p-cresolの2,6位に1,4,7-triazacyclononane (tacn)をamide-tetherで結合させた二核化配位子に核移行性シグナル(NLS)ペプチドを導入した、新規二核銅(Ⅱ)錯体 [Cu2(µ-OAc)(OAc)2(btamide-P2-NLS)] (2)を設計・合成したので報告する。
