我々は、CPP-タンパク質複合体を利用して電荷非対称膜リポソーム内への水溶性タンパク質の輸送に成功し、リポソーム内へのタンパク質輸送手段としての応用を示した。本研究では積み荷となるタンパク質にCPP配列を直接融合する手法を用いて、配列の導入位置や導入本数変えた組み換えタンパク質を作製し、積み荷のタンパク質とCPPが確実に結合した条件でリポソーム内への輸送効率が上昇するかを検討した。
