Utilization and Pitfalls of Nerve Conduction Study, Repetitive Nerve Stimulation Test, and Visual Evoked Potential

疾患の診断や病態評価、病状評価、治療効果の判定などのために様々な検査が実施される。血液検体検査や神経画像検査、脳波検査、遺伝学的検査に比べ、神経生理学的検査の実施件数は以前に比べ減少しているようである。その一方で、神経生理学的検査の所見が診断のキーになる疾患があり、治療効果判定に必須の場合もある。波形を見慣れていないと検査結果を正しく評価できないために、診断や方針決定を誤る危険性がある。<br>本セミナーにおいては、小児神経疾患の診断や病態評価、治療効果の判定に特に重要な神経生理学的検査の具体的な評価法を3人の演者が提示します。日常診療において、どのような疾患や病態を想定した場合に神経生理学的検査が必要か、何をオーダーしたら良いか、検査結果の読み方のポイントをお伝えします。
