化学分野の材料開発はこれまで経験と勘に裏打ちされた実験的手法が中心的な役割を果たしてきましたが，新物質の発見から実用化までに長い時間とコストを必要としました。蓄積された多くのデータ・情報を駆使して所望の構造・材料候補を導き出すデータ駆動型科学，マテリアルズ・インフォマティクス(MI)の重要性が益々高まるなか，材料開発現場では，概念や理論の構築に留まらず，MI戦略を実践に移す段階にきました。本セッションでは，多元素化による未踏機能の開拓と材料創製インフォマティクスを主眼に，ハイスループット実験・計算やデジタル技術を駆使する，ＭＩ応用の新潮流に焦点をあて最新の研究成果について講演頂きます。<br><br><strong>聴講後の<a href="https://form.csj.jp/view.php?id=188486" target="_blank" rel="noopener">アンケート</a>へのご協力をお願いいたします。</strong>
