有機金属ハライドペロブスカイト半導体を光電変換材料に用いたペロブスカイト太陽電池が塗布型の次世代太陽電池として注目を集めている。ペロブスカイト半導体薄膜の成膜法の開発の他、表面のパッシベーション技術開発や、電荷回収層材料の開発が進み、光電変換効率も26%を超え、国内企業でも実用化の動きが活発化している。本シンポジウムでは、材料化学の視点から、ペロブスカイト太陽電池の開発研究の最前線を紹介し、実用化に向けた動向についても概観する。
