Various electronic devices recently surround us and flexible devices are paid attention. Development of soft substrate is important for flexible device. In light of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our society demands the development of biodegradable plastics. In this study, we focused on casein as a raw material for developing biodegradable plastics. Casein is a major protein found in milk and dairy products, accounting for approximately 80% of milk's total protein content. The transparent films are obtained by drying slowly with additives. We reported that particle size and zeta potential of casein dispersion, transparency and tensile test results of casein transparent films.
