[TuA4-01 Invited]Solution-processed Flexible Organic-inorganic Hybrid Circuits

〇Jun Takeya1 (1. University of Tokyo (Japan))
This presentation focuses on recently developed hybrid complementary analogue and digital circuits of p-type organic and n-type inorganic semiconductor compounds, both of which are processed from solutions on polyimide films and show transistor mobility around 10 cm2/Vs. Organic semiconductor crystals of alkyl-naftobenzo-dithiophene (Cn-DNBDT) and sol-gel processed amorphous InZnO are employed for p-channel and n-channel transistors, respectively. As representatives, digital circuits of 3-stage shift resistors are successfully operated with the frequency of 10 kHz, and analogue circuits of differential amplifier are operated with the gain-bandwidth product as high as 1,000,000, which are both the best values ever reported for solution processed flexible circuits.
