Registration fees include Coffee breaks, Lunches, Welcome Reception (July 1st), and Conference Dinner (July 3rd).
*Student registration fees include Coffee breaks and Lunches, but do NOT include Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. (Conference Dinner might be available with 5,000JPY only when there is a vacancy.)
Cancellation policy: No refund will be made in any circumstances once the registration fee has been paid.
