Registration fees include Coffee breaks, Lunches, Welcome Reception (July 1st), and Conference Dinner (July 3rd).
*Student registration fees include Coffee breaks and Lunches, but does NOT include Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. (Conference Dinner is available with 5,000JPY).
Cancellation policy: It is possible to ask for a partial refund if you need to cancel your registration to ICFC10.
Cancellation requests made before June 13, 2025 will incur in a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests made between June 13, 2025, and June 30, 2025 will incur in a 50% cancellation fee.
A no-show will incur in a full cost due.
The registration will be open in early January 2025.
