[Mo-P2-D-02]Supercurrent rectification driven by vortex pinning coupled with spin-orbit interaction in FeSe0.5Te0.5/FeTe heterostructures

The spin-orbit interaction in non-centrosymmetric superconductors plays a key role in spintronic functionalities such as supercurrent rectification. We demonstrate that FeSe1-xTex thin-film devices provide a good platform to study these effects owing to their high superconducting critical parameters and a large spin-orbit interaction.
