Cl-based color centers in silicon carbide are experimentally observed and characterized. Photoluminescence reveals telecom-band emission (1330-1590 nm). Optically detected magnetic resonance confirms spin-resonance signatures, spin polarization, and hyperfine structure, highlighting their potential for future quantum technologies.
