[Th-A1-B-02]Room-Temperature Ballistic Thermal Phonon Transport over 40 µm in Suspended 10-Layer Graphene

Suspended 10-layer graphene ribbons were fabricated to study intrinsic thermal transport using µ-TDTR. A nonlinear length dependence below ~40 µm reveals quasi-ballistic heat transport at room temperature, providing experimental evidence of long-distance non-diffusive phonon transport in few-layer graphene.
