[Th-A1-C-01]Quantum-Dot-Enhanced Electro-Optic Microcavities for Sub-Terahertz Detection

We propose a compact sub-terahertz sensor based on a quantum-dot-enhanced electro-optic microcavity designed for 1.5-µm optical readout. The enhanced electro-optic response and cavity-induced field amplification enable sensitive phase-shift detection using simple continuous-wave probing.
