[Th-A1-C-02]Photocurrent through Double and Quadruple Quantum Dots: Novel Detector of THz Light

We theoretically examine the photocurrent through double and quadruple quantum dots in series, with alternate energy levels and interdot tunnel coupling. These devices can be applied to the Terahertz light detector of tunable frequency.
