[Th-A1-C-04]Effect of InAs Quantum-Dot Stacking on Up-Conversion in Two-step Photon Up-Conversion Solar Cells

We investigate InAs quantum-dot stacking affects intraband-assisted up-conversion in two-step photon up-conversion solar cells. A single QD layer yields the highest up-conversion photocurrent, indicating that only QDs closest to the heterointerface effectively contribute to the process.
