[Th-A1-C-05]Data-Driven Analysis of Spatially Localized Emission and Recombination Dynamics in InGaN Quantum Wells

Spectral imaging of InGaN quantum wells analyzed by one-sided orthogonal non-negative matrix factorization resolves distinct localized emission modes. Bayesian analysis of wavelength- and time-resolved photoluminescence shows energy-dependent decay from stretched to compressed exponential behaviors.
