[Th-A2-B-04]Magneto-Optical Kerr Effect Spectroscopy Study of Excitons in Transition Metal Dichalcogenide Semiconductors

We use magneto-optical Kerr effect spectroscopy to measure Lande-g factor of excitons in transition metal diechalcogenide semiconductors with relatively low magnetic fields. We provide evidence for a second inter-layer exciton in 2H-MoS2, adjacent to the ground state B1s exciton.
