[Th-A2-E-04]Topological Dirac Semimetal (α-Sn) / Superconductor (β-Sn) Planar Nanostructures and Their Nonreciprocal Superconducting Transport

We create planar α-Sn/β-Sn heterostructures by locally converting topological semimetal α-Sn into superconducting β-Sn using focused ion beam or laser irradiation. The resulting β-Sn nanowires show atomically smooth interfaces and strong superconducting diode effects, offering a platform for topological superconducting circuits.
