[Th-A2-F-01]High quality hybrid spin cQED 3D architecture

Experiments based on cQED with semiconductor spin qubits are currently limited by the low quality of the microwave cavity. We present here a 3D integrated spin cQED architecture that combines a cavity on a low-loss sapphire substrate with Si-MOS quantum dot devices. We demonstrate strong spin-photon coupling with a high quality microwave interface.
