Microwave-induced magnetoresistance oscillations in ultra-high mobility GaAs/AlGaAs two-dimensional electron systems exhibit systematic decay of magnetoresistance peak height under dc bias. When expressed in terms of current density, the response collapses onto a universal scaling curve across temperatures and device widths.
