[Th-P-104] Quantum Electrodynamic Origins of Inductive van der Waals Forces in Mesoscopic Circuits

We investigate the inductive van der Waals-London force in a mesoscopic circuit of two coupled superconducting loops. While the semiclassical model predicts a repulsive interaction, the quantum electrodynamic approach reveals an attractive force driven by two-photon exchange.
