[Th-P-106]Quantum Phononic Links: Strain-Mediated Spin–Phonon Coupling in Compressively Strained Germanium

We introduce a paradigm of Quantum Phononic Links (QPL) in compressively strained germanium on silicon, where confined GHz acoustic modes couple directly to hole spins via strain-induced band modulation. Engineered QPLs enable tunable spin–phonon coupling in non-piezoelectric silicon-compatible platform.
