[Th-P-108]Design and Fabrication of an Electromechanical Resonator for Nuclear Spin Detection

We propose a nuclear spin detection method with electromechanical phonons using a high-frequency electromechanical resonator that is on-resonantly coupled to the nuclear spins. We also demonstrate such a resonator, which is processed from strong piezoelectric material and structurally optimized for this aim.
