[Th-P-109]Design and Development of Strain-Inducing Devices for Low-Dimensional Quantum Films

We designed a SAW-driven strain device for 2D quantum films. FEM simulations demonstrate that double-sided focused IDTs increase maximum displacement by approximately an order of magnitude compared to single-sided parallel IDTs, which is also expected to enable the observation of elusive pseudo-Landau levels in graphene.
