We explore UiO-66 MOF synthesis on single multi-walled carbon nanotubes. Post-synthesis electrical measurements show significant DC conductance drops and supressed fluctuations. Additionally, we demonstrate resist-free electron-beam patterning of MOFs and linear ethanol vapor sensing via AC impedance.
