[Th-P-120] Next-Generation Micro-LED Display Technology Enabled by a TFT–Memristor Integrated Pixel Architecture

In this work, a novel 1T-1M AM display circuit replaces both the driving TFT and storage capacitor with a memristor, enabling switching via a high on/off ratio, eliminating capacitor need through non volatility, and achieving precise micro-LED brightness control.
