This study replaces conventional 2T-1C circuits with simplified 1T-1M architectures. Featuring ultra-low switching voltages (< 0.2 V) and multi-level states, these memristors precisely control OLED current. This capacitor-free design offers a promising pathway toward energy-efficient, high-resolution display technologies.
