[Th-P-123]Transparent RRAM as a Driving Element for High-Density Active-Matrix Micro-LED Displays

Transparent high-density micro-LED displays are limited by TFT-capacitor backplanes. We present two transparent RRAM approaches: a vertically stacked TiO2/HfO2 TRRAM enabling array-level AM operation, and an AlON/AlN TRRAM providing low-leakage, multilevel switching for stable, capacitorless micro-LED driving.
