[Th-P-124] Study on Current Injection in Core-Multishell Nanowire LEDs

Core–Multishell (CMS) nanowires have the ability to enlarge the junction area compared to that of planar substrate with the same surface area. We focused on current injection in NW-LEDs with CMS heterotructure and clarifed some of the key issues to improve their characteristics using device simulations.
