[Th-P-28]Defect Passivation and Stability Enhancement in Perovskite Solar Cells via Functionalized Boron Nitride

Hydroxyl-functionalized boron nitride nanosheets are introduced as multifunctional additives for perovskite solar cells. Their –OH groups passivate Pb2+ defects while high thermal conductivity improves crystallization, yielding 24.62% efficiency and enhanced long-term stability with 93% retention after 1300 h.
