We develop a minimal two-orbital tight-binding model for one-dimensional chiral organic-inorganic lead halide perovskites. The model reproduces first-principles band dispersions and spin textures near the gap, providing a low-energy framework to study circularly polarized responses, bulk photovoltaics, and current-induced magnetization.
