Phase-controlled quasi-2D (PEA)2MAPb2I7 films were realized by solvent-assisted space-confined growth. The optimized films exhibit improved morphology, enhanced optical quality, and lasing-related emission under 355 nm pulsed excitation at 77 K, demonstrating their potential as perovskite optical-gain media.
