[Th-P] Topological States of Matter

[Th-P-38] Quantum Well Resonant Tunneling Spectroscopy of Moiré Flat Bands in Twisted MoTe₂

In this investigation, based on a gate-tunable quantum well resonant tunneling diode, we explore the system of AA-stacking twisted bilayer MoTe2, and find a series of insulating states which are topological nontrival.
