[Th-P-39]Growth and Twist-Engineering of Intrinsic Magnetic Topological Insulator MnBi2Te4 Thin Flakes

We report the optimized growth of high-quality magnetic topological insulator MnBi2Te4 and a novel fabrication protocol for twisted devices. Our approach enhances magnetic stability and reveals robust topological edge states, providing a versatile platform for engineering moiré magnetic topological phenomena.
