[Th-P-43]Signatures of Helical and Spinless Tomonaga-Luttinger Liquids in Electrostatically Defined Topological Mass Domain Walls

We report transport through helical channels that emerge along electrostatically defined topological domain walls where the Dirac mass parameter M changes sign. Temperature and magnetic field scaling indicate the importance of electron-electron interactions, revealing the transition from a helical to a spinless TLL induced by TRS breaking.
