[Th-P-44]Externally Induced Geometrical Phase Structure in Quantum Dots via Rashba Spin–Orbit Interaction

We theoretically study the possible tunability of geometrical structures by varying the external-field parameters. The Rashba field applied to an isotropic quantum dot generates a non-trivial phase difference in the wavefunction around the azimuthal direction, in accordance with the angular momentum.
