[Th-P-48] Number of accelerated electrons in a homogeneous field

The number of electrons in a homogeneous field is calculated quantum mechanically. Using the delta-function normalization method, we first calculate the normalization coefficient, then obtain the number of electrons in simple parameters. We further derive physical quantities for selected examples.
