We present direct experimental evidence of the two-fluid picture predicted by percolation theory for 2D TMDs through temperature-dependent carrier transport measurements in industry-compatible MoS2-based Hall bars. We support this finding with two independent quantitative proofs firmly establishing percolative conduction onset.
