We study patterned LAO/STO channels using ultra-low-temperature nc-AFM with dissipation spectroscopy and KPFM, together with magnetotransport. CPD and dissipation mapping reveal edge-localized features, while field-dependent dissipation is consistent with the superconducting transition.
