We investigate the 1D charge density wave (CDW) material NbTe4. Utilizing temperature-dependent Raman scattering, we traced the transitions between the commensurate and incommensurate CDW phases. The transition exhibits thermal hysteresis and depends on the warming rate, indicating finite domain relaxation kinetics.
