[Th-P-61]Magnetic Order and Carrier Density Dependent Proximity Exchange Field in CrI3/Janus WSeTe van der Waals Heterostructures

We investigate the proximity-exchange field in Janus WSeTe on ferro- and antiferromagnetic CrI3 substrates using first-principles DFT+U. Band unfolding reveals distinct valley Zeeman splittings for each magnetic order, and carrier doping tunes the exchange interaction.
