Electrical properties of the heterojunctions formed between Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nanostructures and Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNTs) are elucidated by multimodal approach using advanced Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) techniques.
