[Th-P-67]Room-Temperature ppb-Level NOx Sensing Using SWCNT Channel with ZnO Sensing Catalyst

A room-temperature ppb-level NOx sensor using an SWCNT channel with a ZnO sensing catalyst is demonstrated. Laser-assisted recovery and 100-cycle testing confirm improved recovery, reproducibility, and stability, highlighting its potential for industrial safety and environmental monitoring.
