We demonstrate a room-temperature nanolaser based on bound states in the continuum within a GaN subwavelength grating. Operating at 435 to 465 nm range with linewidth of 0.05 nm, the device offers tunable, polarized emission compatible with GaN technology for integrated nanophotonic light sources.
